President Donald Trump, running unopposed Tuesday in Georgia’s GOP primary for his party’s presidential nomination, racked up impressive numbers that put the lie to recent polls showing him in a weak position with presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden. With 81 percent of the votes counted last night, Trump rolled up 714,848 votes to 672,351 for Biden and for the other Democratic presidential candidates. (Biden received 561,011.)
