Economic development investments in Georgia break new record
Georgia experienced another year of steady growth for business recruitment and expansions in Fiscal Year 2025. According to Gov.Brian Kemp, Georgia’s Department of Economic Development’s Global Commerce team supported 423 facility expansions and new locations during the 12-month period, representing more than $26.3 billion in investment, a new record, and 23,200 new private-sector jobs over the next few years.
